Are you actually the real you?

Follow your inner moonlight; don't hide the madness.”
― Allen Ginsberg

You can't come and kill yourself, if you are mad be mad! (further translation provided below)

Whatever is inside of you, do you see it as your truth or an embarrassment. This is the question that brings you to the understanding of who you truly are. Are we honest about our desires, voices and ways. Or are you concerned about how you will be viewed?

We can sometimes become extremely uncomfortable with the amount of emotions felt inside of us. An overwhelmed, I need this out of my system feeling. It can affect you mentally because you are containing yourself. Containing happiness, laughter, anger...anything you name it. Don't get me wrong it is essential that we master our emotions to an extent. I don't mean fighting people or anything that is known to be plain wrong.

What I am simply talking about is tip toeing on your own territory. Like the quote above says 'don't hide the madness', DONT! This madness is so beautiful, your madness can be your laughter, ability to love in abundance, being decisive or a maths wizz! Whatever it is, everyone has their own type of madness and our madness is not translatable to everyone. This is absolutely ok.

Do not become a war in your head but enable and enlighten yourself each and everyday by being true to your heart and soul. Whatever parts of you that are rejected in all its goodness does not equal to negativity and low self esteem but an acceptance and love. It is okay to reflect, it is okay to improve and it is okay to accept yourself.

When you start to be who you really are, you become grateful that you made the decision to love.
